Recipe: Cooling summer lassi

Ingredients:
1/4 cup natural greek yoghurt
1 cup filtered water
1 T rosewater
1/4 t cardamom powder
Method:
Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds. Sip slowly at room temperature.
